本想翻译一下的，但水平有限，翻译过来反而辞不达意。
这八个原则，对我或多或少都是有用的，只是任何事知道是一回事，做到是另外一回事，所以需要经常的反省。
其中最有意思的是第五个原则：
当事务缠身时，这是个事关生死的问题吗？
十年之后，你还会记得什么让你如此烦躁吗？
百年之后，谁会在乎你怎么样吗？
所以放轻松吧。
所有这些，都是会过去的。
